997.1 Adapter Kit For Custom Turbo Spoiler Installation
For 2005 - 2008 Porsche 911 (997.1) Carrera & Targa models.
*** IMPORTANT : FOR USE BY ADVANCED DIY USERS only! PLEASE READ BELOW ***
This kit enables secure installation of the 997 OEM Turbo Spoiler (p/n 997-505-557-16-01c which must be purchased separately) onto the standard 997.1 bumper. The adapters provide secure, strong and reusable mounting points under the vehicle for the spoiler. The end caps attach to the inside of the wheel arch creating a neat OEM fitment of the spoiler end points to the bumper.
NOTE: the corner and outer sections of spoiler require trimming and heat shaping/adjustment for correct fitment. Please DO NOT order this kit unless you are aware of and prepared to conduct the rest of the custom work required to fit this spoiler.
IMPORTANT
Compatibility
Only for use with standard Carrera and Targa front bumpers
Not compatible with GTS, GT3, GT2, Speedster, Turbo or vehicles with aftermarket front bumpers.
