Buyer responsible for import fees/duties if/when applicable for international shipments. We are not in control of these fees, as they are determined solely by the relevant authorities in each country. We advise you to look up rates in your particular country for parts falling under the HS code 392690.
Delivery times are best estimates as provided by applicable shipping companies at time of purchase.
Shipments delayed by the carrier are not in control of Emc2design and therefore do not qualify for cancellations or refunds unless:
1. a missing package investigation has been completed by the carrier and the package is determined as lost, or
2. at the discretion of Emc2design we may agree to have the late package rejected and marked as “Return To Sender” by the customer. In such cases we will refund the order minus original shipping cost and minus the restocking fee, typically within 3 business of receiving the returned product in unused and undamaged condition.

Requests for cancellations can be accommodated:
- if received within 24 hours of order placement, and your order has not yet shipped
A refund will be provided to your original payment source, typically within 3 business days
Cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee
If we cannot fulfill your order due to incomplete or inaccurate information we will make 3 attempts to reach you by email. If no response is received, we will cancel and refund your order based on the aforementioned policy.
